Have you guys thought about expanding your market to vehicles for Wi-Fi hotspots or to be able to pick up a Verizon network to be able to do different things with the computers that are in most new vehicles... Or something similar?

It is the year 2013 and instead of fiber ready equipment you want to piggyback on ancient cable wire!!!:smileymad:

I had to pay for a Verizon tech to run fiber from the garage to apartment entrance??

How about when you prewire a building you at least run some fiber

Movie & Show Parental Ratings

Verizion should think about adding in a Parental Rating that provides reviews, program descriptions, and details about the programs language, violence, sexual content, and the recommended age appropriate scale for the program so that it can helpful to the parents or whoever to decide whether the movie/show is appropriate for the child to watch.

TV5 Monde in HD

I watch TV5 Monde all the time. Now I have IOGEAR for HD channels. This works perfectly with HD channels. The problem is TV5 Monde is not in HD so I can't connect to that channel through IOGEAR. Could you please give us access to that channel in HD?

When all other cable companies are offering some type mobile viewing servings for local channels, why doesn't fios offer such type of service? We are very happy with all other fios service yet the demand from my family for mobile access has me considering my options. Is there a estimated time when this service will be available?

Verizon's On Demand free movies don't provide the captioning movies for deaf and hard of hearing customers.  Please fix ASAP.   We pay for the TV service so we have right to have equal accessiblity as hearing people.   .

TV Listings Search

I wanted to search the TV listings for any lacrosse game so that I could record it while I'm out.  I used both of the search features at the top of the TV listings page, and it would allow me only to search the on-demand that the online movies.  I don't want to do that; I just wanted to search the tv listings today.  You need to put on that page an easy way for me to search the TV listings.

Saw someone's idea to put live sports scores on the info tabs at the bottom of the screen when you scroll up and and down. I'd also like to suggest something similar for the Music Choice channels. Display the song and artist currently playing for each channel on the info tab.

Customize your "special" channels

For FiOS TV we selected the package that had the channels we really wanted, but it includes a bunch of "special" channels that we have no interest in. (MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network, NHL Network) The only sport we follow at the college and professional level is lacrosse. I would rather trade these other special sports channels all in for CBS Sports Network, which carries the sport.

Better bundles

      I have a "bundle" discount for phone and internet and some other discount for having "one bill" with my cell phone and home services

      My apartment has only ONE phone jack. I had used a splitter to plug in both my phone and internet but the phone was interfering with the internet (yes, I had the filter on the phone line) so I had to unplug the phone or risk 3 hours on the phone with tech support to reset my motem every 3 days. 

      I wanted to have the phone disconnected and save myself 25.00 a month, but without phone service I can't get internet...with current technology, this is ridiculous! My town will apparently never get FIOS so I am forced to start looking  to the cable company to see what they can do for me. It's a shame since I have never gone to another phone company since it was Bell Telephone.....Sorry Verizon but I work too hard for my money to give it to a company that isn't being as loyal to me as I've been to them!
