Why do you keep taking out the information on your movie channels regarding who is in the movies and a brief description of the movie? It was there, then you took it out, then it was back, now it is out again. This helps me decide if I am going to watch TV or shut it off and read a book. Too expensive to keep shutting it off.
we finally have access to beIN SPORT on our tvs in HD and its awesome now beIN SPORT has started their online streaming of La Liga,Serie A and other international sports. but we have to authenticate with our provider and verizon isnt listed as one only Bright House Networks & Time Warner so i would like for you guys to add Verizon as a provider we can authenticate so we can watch Soccer,Motorcycle racing on our computer,iPhone/android and tablets
Makes no sense to me since the cable channels it streams are so limited, then why can't we have local channels? FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS. Seema like a big miss here.
Time Warner and Comcast now have an Ipad app that allows their customers to watch any television program in real time on their Ipad. Verizon Fios which is far superior to both of these cable subscribers should add this service to Verizon Fios ASAP.
Since higher bandwidth/more throughput was announced this morning (3/30), it would be nice if our home routers were upgraded to include GigE (gigabit ethernet) ports so all that lovely bandwidth doesn't get bottlenecked at the router and we can actually enjoy and use what we pay for.
Weird concept, I know
And don't make this something insanely easy for new customers to get and make it nearly impossible for current subscribers to obtain. I know there's no incentive for you to care about people who are already signed up, but it'd be nice if you pretended to care once in a while
Create new Ideas Policy for ideas that are found to be duplicated.
Add the duplicate post as a vote in the appropriate original post when it is marked as a duplicate. Make this mandatory!
When a post is marked as a duplicate, automatically state in the duplicate that a vote was added in the original post. Included a link to original post.
State that the duplicate post has been flagged for removal in X days. Then after a fixed amount of time remove duplicates from the database automatically.
Too many duplicates in the Ideas Forum, with links to the original. So much clutter you can't find the originals.
It would be great if I can see a list of messages I have on my answering service and quickly listen too them to determine if its important or can be deleted. Rather than staying on the phone waiting for the date and time and phone number and options and its been deleted and a lot of other machine talk.
Showtime Anytime (showtime's online viewing website, similar to HBO GO) just recently launched but is currently only available for AT&T and Comcast users. When will it be available to Fios users who subscribe to Showtime, just like we have access to HBO GO? Thanks.
#1 - The NAT table in the FiOS routers just don't cut it for online gaming, especially where several hundred servers are refreshed frequently. Please do the relatively easy job of making a router with a MUCH MUCH larger NAT table than what the current routers have. Practically any consumer router out in stores has a larger NAT table than the Actiontec.
#2 - Next router should support Full Wireless N. The current REV F. Actiontec is only single channel Wireless compatible which tops out at 65mbps. Full Wireless N routers currently support 300mbps.
Check back in periodically to see what routers options are avaialble

Please... Please.. Please... We need more than one speed to fast forward or rewind a movie on demand and Purchased. In addition, we should have the option to jump scenes in on demand movies and purchased movies. If we are paying for a movie - I should have the option to do what I like with the movie. Comcast and Direct TV have these options.. Why doesn't Verizon?
The current provider of programming information for FiOS TV is often full of errors. While the programming schedules tend to be correct, very frequently the program status (First Run, Rerun, etc.) is incorrect in the feed and as a result those who setup their DVR's to do series recordings will find their DVR's recording old episodes. It would also be nice if a provider which utilized some form of real-time programming updates could be located so that during broadcasts which get time shifted by last minute changes (such as sporting events which run long) could be properly recorded (instead of having to timebox them by padding an extra amount of time onto the end of each show -- which compounds the drive size issue I mention below).
This is particularly annoying on busy recording nights when a mismarking may cause a conflict by having three shows slated to be recorded in the same timeslot -- when in reality two of the shows were first run and the other was a rerun. It's not always possible to avoid this siruation using series priority since the mismarkings seem to vary from week to week.
This is also compounded by the relatively small DVR drive size where going away for a long weekend or a couple of nights during the week (or even for a week's vacation) can find the drive filled with repeated shows (and some first run shows discarded because the drive was full to make room).
This press release is a bit old. Pandora is non existent on my FiOS . How about following though?

When will Verizon be adding MSG and MSG Plus in HD?
