BBC America and NHK

The very fact that you don't have a basic cable channel like BBC America in your Prime HD package is ridiculous. Even TWC offers it in it's most basic cable package. Also, why is NHK not in HD? That's another channel TWC provides in HD. It's little things like this that really upset me when it comes to your TV service.

Flex View, Customer Service, and Website

I work in the tech field and I am so frustrated right now I want to cancel my service.

 

First, the website is awful. There is so many redirects its slow and keeps signing me out when I am trying to locate anything. An upgrade and overhaul wouldnt hurt.

 

Second, Technical Assistance....Not so much, I called tonight and the person didnt know the answer to my question at all. Can I view live TV on my iPad through my STB? Can I watch SHO on my iPad anyplace? How do I import my content into the Media manager so I can access the content remotely, and finally, why when I am signed in on my iPad and I try and access my content does it tell me I have to sign up when I have authorized my device?

 

Lastly, Flex View...change the name, nothing flexible about it. Help...Before I just cancel.

Please add the current soccer channels in HD

we have channels like ESPN Deportes, Fox Deportes, Gol TV which are channels that arent in HD. theres a lot of soccer on these three channels that it would be a great move for verizon to switch the feed to HD when it probably doesnt cost you guys nothing because the networks provide the HD feed to you guys and you guys decided to degrade the quality to SD come one verizon its 2013 HD technology should be on every channel especially sports football gets their NFL network in HD why cant we this make a lot of your customers happy. theres tournaments like UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, GERMAN LEAGUE, WORLD CUP WILL BE ON THESE CHANNELS. UEFA EUROCOPA AND SUCh tournanemts please consider this. THE FOLLOWING CHANNELS WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION WHICH OTHER PROVIDERS HAVE LIKE TIME WARNER IN HD

HD selection?

Is there a way to ask customers what channels they would want in HD?

I have channels in HD that I have never watched and never will watch but there are channels that I would like to have in HD (such as HLN)

 

I would gladly sacrifice one of those never watched HD channels for HLN in HD!

You can always request channels your would like added in HD right here in the Idea Exchange. You may want to search the forums for previous suggestions for specific channels in HD. The Idea may already have a thread.
