Share Your Ideas with Verizon

First of all, you have far too many points of access on the internet.  It gets totally confusing with so many different websites to access account information and having to have so many different login IDs.  Centralize it and have a single signon USERID and password and one point of access ONLY for customers.

Also.the Verizon webmail page times out FAR TOO QUICKLY!!  Make the time out and option!  I sit here at my desk all day and have to constantly login to check my email.  Let the user decide on the timeout similar to the windows settings.
