Last Sunday DirecTV launched 3net... this Sunday Comcast launches Xfinity 3D...
meanwhile at Verizon...
still waiting
"The best TV you've ever owned?" How about living up to the marketing hype?
Hey, there's a free UFC on demend event in 3D and its absolutely sick wathcing something like this in 3D. However, it just makes me urn for more 3D programming content. Even worse, the event was sponsored and originally broadcast by Xfinity which also add fuel to my fire to switch back to Comcast.
DirecTV(we have both Fios & DirecTV) does NOT charge for their 3D programming, unless of course you purhcase a 3D movie on demand, then they do, but not for the others like, 3DESPN, 3NET & n3d! C'mon Fios, you have better picture quality & i would much rather tune to yours than D*, but I'm NOT going to pay any additional $$ so make it happen please!
Just got the espn3d channel free for a month. The picture is amazing but the price stinks. Come on verizon 10$ a month for 1 channel... I just got my 3D TV and the only way I can enjoy it now is by buying or renting a 3D movie, cause IM definitely not paying 10$ for 1 channel. Verizon would get a lot more customers if they offer this service for free cause of their great picture quality..
Bump on this. It was supposedly acknowledged back in 2010, yet we have nothing to show for it. 3D, or switch to different provider. (Already annoyed that you are not supporting Netflix SuperHD/3D)
