it is horribly slow here on Long Island as well. Verizon, thanks for all the hard work after Sandy, but cut us a break on our bills for this. i can barely stand to use the internet right now on the wired connection, and the wireless on the ipad is e-x-c-r-u-t-i-a-t-i-n-g-l-y slow.
