This assumes you have Internet access. Most people with problems don't have service. that is why they are contactinG Verizon. I am using a friend's internet. He doesn't have fios. Also, when you do use Internet, you can't report a problem. Like many people, my power has been restored but I don't have service and there is no way to get assistance from Verizon because you can't troubleshoot on the Internet and the phone system is overwhelmed. It would be nice if Verizon chose to communicate with its customers in a productive and informative matter. People would be understanding because we all know it was a devastating storm. The problem is Verizon isn't communicating well and is alienating customers. You don't have to be a rocket scientist too get this. Just sayin
