I just switched to FIOS couple of days ago and built an HTPC and hooked up the HDHOMERUN PRIME tuner with the cable card.
My HTPC windows media center cannot see the tuners. HDHOMERUN setup wants me to activate the upnp in the router which is not there as the router is already updated to the latest firmware.
I don't know if I want to keep this setup or go back to what I had before. I have not disconnected my Time Warner cable yet.
Is there anybody else running into same problem with the tuners and what is the fix if any.

Have you checked with the siliconDust forums? I haven't heard of this issue before. However, I am a HTPC user with a Ceton InfiniTV 4 instead of the SD HDHRPrime.
Have you run the Digital Cable Advisor?

Found a solution to the problem and now Windows Media Center can see the tuners. I tested with one wired PC and another wireless Laptop.
All I did was to connect my old E2000 (DDWRT equipped) router configured as wireless bridge repeater (UPNP is built into DDWRT) with the ActionTec Router and connect the HDHOMERUN PRIME to E2000. VIOLA, its working now.
Let us see when Verizon fixes the IGMP and UPNP issue on their FIOS routers.
