Viewing "Subscribed Channels" in the guide is not working. I'm seeing all channels regardless of whether the setting/option is "Subscribed Channels" or "All".
I've tried:
- self-help repair which reset the box. No good.
- Changing the option to "All", exiting the guide, re-entering the guide, and changing back to "Subscribed". No good.
- Enablind and disabling the last viewed guide state doesn't have any effect.
This blows.
On hold now with call-in support.
Anyone else having this issue? I'm in SoCal.

This question has appeared here a number of times. Most recently:

Look here for the entire thread:

The short solution is to set up a Favorites list that includes all your subscribed channels. At this time there does not appear to be an alternate solution.

I'm new to Fios TV and I couldn't find the guide for my subscribed only channels. I just created a favorite with the ones I subscibe. It took a few minutes but it's worth it.

creating a list of favorites would take much less time than trying to get any reply from verizon

Thanks for the reply, armond_in_nj.
I did quite a bit of searching before posting my problem so I'm familiar with the threads you recommended and the suggestion to use a "Favorites list". It seems I'll have to use a Favorites List in the interim, but I think it's good to clarify for future readers that doing so is a work-around, not a solution to the problem.
The problem is "Subscribed Only" doesn't work and the solution is for Verizon to fix it. I think the selection is clearly needed from a UI standpoint, and thankfully it's there, but it's entirely useless right now and we need Verizon to fix it/make it work right.
I'm just a few weeks into Verizon FiOS but can already tell they aren't very good at customer service once it's setup. They were pretty quick and responsive to get me started, but now that I'm past that stage, the customer service level is poor. I like what whybuyverizn says: "would take much less time than trying to get any reply from verizon". Alas, I believe if we complain much and enough, it will be heard and corrected. Maybe even before I go back to cable.

Here's the solution mentioned above. I will try it tonight and hopefully it works. I'll let everyone know my outcome.
Using your remote use the following steps:
Menu -- Settings -- Television -- Last Viewed Guide State -- Enable (as checked)
then go to Guide -- Options -- Subscribed Channels
From this point when you click on the guide you should only see subscribed channels on the guide listing.
Please note, if STB is reset, you will need to follow steps again.

This worked for me.
Also, was retained when I turned off TV and then back on (Guide defaulted to Subscribed Only channels when that was the last Option I had selected before turning TV off)
Of course, it's treated like all the Guide Options (Favorites, All, Subscribed) - once you scroll to one of your Favorites, you'll have to select Subscribed again, not All. This seems reasonable and as expected.
Now, if we could just populate starting point of Favorites with Subscribed Only, that would be cool. No longer such a big deal now that we have to set up Favorites only once (and can store in the Cloud to recover if need be).
