Several times I have tried to use the app to fix issues with my box top and it never works. You call for customer support and it says wait time is under 4 mins and I finally hung up after 1hr. Use the chat and the person on other end was frustrating and infuriating.  Finally the box started to work and hung up. Then they called to follow up when asked to speak to a supervisor you get put on hold for 10 then picked up by the same person who then asks why you want to speak to supervisor? Answer Because I want to speak to supervisor. Answer We can have one call you back later tonight. It is 9:15 at night why would I want to wait for someone to call me back.  30 plus years in customer service and this is not it..... This is a reoccuring issue. Time to change service. Oh and no way to send a email eithet
