FIOS CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE DECLINE

I have been having the worst time contacting an actual living person to discuss the problems I am having with FIOS service. The chat & Messenger resources are just a frustrating joke! The automated system is repressive and NO ONE answers the phone!!! Is FIOS becoming as BAD as COMCAST??

My “gigabit” Internet runs at 250 DL and 125 UL- 1/4 the promised speed. I’m not getting all the channels I am paying for either...
