LAN port #2 is not working on my G1100 VErizon Router. No green lights, no internet connection, nothing. When I take out the Ethernet cable and plug it into one of the other LAN ports the internet connection is back. All other ports work fine, just not LAN port #2. I Tried resetting the router and it still does not work. Any suggestions?
Call 1-800-VERIZON have them swap out the router.
or bring it to a Verizon Fios store and swap it out in person. In either case get a written receipt for the return. If you return via ups or usps get trackability and pay for insurance.
