In-Store or Curbside Pickup:
• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I've had my Verizon service for a few months now. I started with 150/65 FiOS plan, everything was great! But times fell hard on me, so I downgraded to the 75/35 plan. I called Verizon up and they helped me out just fine. So now things have gotten better and I wanted to be upgraded back to the 150/65 plan. Come to find out that I have to pay an Upgrade Fee of $100! Ridiculous! I have all the equipment necessary, no need for a technician to come over or anything. What is this fee for?? $100 for a simple mouse click?? I'm getting ready to drop Verizon over this... Is there anyway to get rid of this absurd fee?
