Nothing beats crappy Verizon services like logging in numerous times throughout the day. Crazy as it may be, this is the only site that this issue occurs. Is this how Verizon/FIOS is regulating traffic?

Yes, that's exactly what they're doing. Guess you're too smart for them, huh?

The Verizon.com website does have a timeout feature. This is for your security. It prevents you from signing into your account, walking away from your computer, then someone else coming up to the computer afterwards and making changes to your account against your will.

Awesome! So the security feature is to protect me from having my settings altered by my family members? Doesn't have anything to do with regulating traffic? **bleep** from Verizon as always!
