Trying to get into the router to look at settings.
Takes me to a login page. No idea what the user name/password is.
I try my Verizon user name/password, but it doesn't like that.
Any ideas?
John

Look to see if the label on the router doesn't have the password on it.
Try using "admin" and that p-word.
If no joy, tell us the router model # and maybe someone can help you.

The newer routers have passwords on the label as mentioned. The default id is always admin. Older ones should have the units serial number as password. Old installs usually changed the password to "password1", but should have been changed a few years ago when they forced them to serial numbers. Also some of these routers when you reset them go back to either asking for a password or actually setting it to "password".
