I received the email that my credit was ready to be used. When I try to check out worth hr qualifying device I get this error”Sorry we aren’t able to complete this order until your Verizon order is fully provisioned”. I don’t know what this means and have now spent two hours this morning and evening trying to get it resolved. My whole fios experience has been a disaster. I wish I never switched.
