Kudos to Verizon!!
I could GET my 150/150 speeds directly connected to my Quantum router by Ethernet, but even hooking up to a souped-up Asus RT-AC68U with modified antennas, my WIFI was pathetic. I ended up using Netgeat GB Powerline adapters, and at BEST got 80/120 down/up.
On the 5GHz WIFI after the upgrade last week, I am hitting 153/161 a floor up and am THRILLED !! I was about to blow $400 on a new cutting edge router, but now do not have to. VERY happy FIOS customer here....
