I have a couple of issues. I upgraded to the 1 gig a few weeks ago. I honestly do not notice ANY difference in speed (I previously had the 75 MB?). I really don't. Even when there's not a lot of devices on.
When I upgraded, a tech had to come out and did some stuff with the wiring, however, I didn't get a new router or TV boxes.
Also, my 5G connection has disappeared. Why does the Quantum Gateway lose this connection? I can't seem to get it back.
I feel like I've been ripped off (paying more for supposedly better speed, but haven't noticed ANY difference in what I had before).
What am I doing wrong?
Did a speed test. This is what I got, yet I'm paying for 1 Gig! I am so mad!

This is where you test the speed with a direct connected via ethernet to your router from your computer. You do not test under WiFi
the quantum router has known wifi issues. However the use of 2.4 Ghz versus 5 Ghz is totally dependent on the device.
