7-11 Slow Download Speeds

Just ran a speed test and things seem to be back to normal.  They bumped my complaint up a tier so I am guessing they fixed it (at least temporarily) at their facility.  This by the way, has nothing to do with anything other then congestion on the system and you should stay on top of them until it is fixed.  I will run another test tomorrow to see if I retain my speed.

Tonight's brownout has begun for me.  33/91.

I called up Verizon, and the person who answered suggested that this problem would go away if I placed an order for an upgraded router, for $75, because that router has higher wireless speeds.  I said no thank you.  I use a wired connection, and upgrading the router has not resolved the issue for the other people that are affected.  It would also be a pain to set up, and I don't want to spend $75.

Brownout time.  15/91.  VoIP calls unreliable.

Another day, another brownout.  Wish Verizon would chime in and say that they're aware of this issue and are hard at work trying to resolve it.

What city and state. If there's a commonality then maybe that's something they can sink their teeth into

Last three nights have been fine.  I think they kicked up to one of their network specialists although I have no confirmation of that.  I will keep the thread open because I would like to see everyone get constant speeds at night.
