I am now being contacted by someone else from verizons team the Verizon VNS team. I will keep you guys posted on what progresses.

I was just contacted by someone else who said they are going to contact the vendor of the routers directly. Im assuming that is Actiontec and Westell. We will see how they handle the problems that have been around since that beginning of these routers being distributed.

Seems this issue is still a problem and has been for a long time...
I have a thread posted here...
The workaround for me has been...
Each time I am unable to locate web pages, I go into the router config and turn off-->Appy-->turn on-->apply the DMZ host checkbox for the resource I have in my DMZ. This action clears the problem without having to reboot the router.
I sure wish there was a real fix.
