Got FiOS this weekend and my SIP phone quit working, under 9100EM security log shows: SIP ALG: Failed parsing. Error code: -1020.
Any fix?

Thanks again, by any chance you have Remote Desktop port forwarding screen shot you can share?
Try to open TCP/UDP 3380 with no luck.

What is the brand and model of your router? (It is OR is not one of the Verizon branded Actiontec routers...)

#1 Is there any device between your Westell 9100EM and your SIP phone ? If so, what is it?

I had managed to open port forwarding and it's working fine now.
Next thing to do is setup remote desktop access from my office, no luck so far.

1. D-link DVG-1402S direct connect to 9100EM,
2. Default firewall setup.
3. Firewall firmware: 1.02.00.04
4. VOIP Box Firmware:
Boot PROM Version L4.0B03 Firmware Version S4.0S49 DSP Version Cap 0xfc1c, Rel 8.1.52.2, Build g35a, DSP C5402, Platform VPBX/GG6E, <br>Cap2 0x269a, Cap3 0x0, Chans 2, EC tail len 64, PCM chans 0

Port Forwarding is helpful to some applications, Verizon does not prohibit this, www.portforwarding.com is my favorite resource for this, good advice & good forums there too.
