I had an issue with my fios account recently, and reached out to support on the forums here. I was then introduced to Michael S. in the social media support group.
Michael stayed with my case for multiple days, and was able to contact the right people to sort out my problem. This is when nobody else seemed able to, including using the standard support chat routes.
Just wanted to say thank you, and keep up the good work.
We all know Verizon can get better, well the industry as a whole can to be quite frank. Starting with improving customer support and hiring people like Michael S. to help us customers out is a good start.
