I received an email offer for free WiFi hot spot support for my PC. It is free if you have at least the 20/5 plan. I upgraded from 10/2 to 20/5 in April of this year, but "My Account " information still shows 10/2. The speed test shows 20/5 and I am being billed for 20/5. I have been ping-ponged from billing to tech support five times and "My Account" still shows 10/2 and doesn't allow me to register for WiFi unless I pay for it or upgrade my plan. This is obviously the right hand not talking to the left hand. It appears that the billing system and the "My Account" system have disconnected databases and billing has to initiate the change. Since I am not asking for a change in service, but a change in the database, they can't seem to resolve the issue. Does anyone suggestions on how to elevate the problem and get a resolution?
