Access Control not blocking Wireless Devices

I have a rule defined for select PCs to block access at particular times.  For some reason the Macbook that I am trying to block all internet access to (which is WiFi connected) is still able to connect while the Ethernet PC is properly blocked.  All devices are using the same Access Control Rule.  Any Ideas?

Router is the 9100EM

Thanks, Bill

Dear FlaParrotHead,

What internet service do you have with Verizon (DSL or Fios)?  Is the router Verizon provided equipment?  We support all default settings on our Verizon provided routers.  Thanks

Javier.

I am on FIOS Internet (35/35) and have the Westell 9100EM router.  The access rule which turns off Internet for 4 devices between 01:00-08:00 works for a wired desktop and for WiFi smartphones but does not appear to be blocking a WiFi MacBook Pro on the same Access Point.

Thanks, Bill

Dear FlaParrotHead,

The rule you are enabling on the router is working.  It is also an advance setting.  Did you contact Apple to find out if there is a specific reason it is not recognizing the block.  The following link: http://www.westell.com/technical-support/technical-support.html will allow you to get support for advance settings on the Westell router.  Thanks for your patience

Silly me.  I looked at this link over the weekend while looking for a source for the Westell manual and wondered why I was being directed to a page to get an RMA for a router.

Never thought to  select the particular router and then choose the, unflagged as a link, documentation tab where you can download the manual.

Possibly having the below link and also the ones for the Actiontec manuals as "sticky" links here would cut down on the amount of traffic.
