I have Fios. How do I get the additional coaxial point in my home activated. I want to move the router to that room.

If you know where those coaxial ports are terminated and meet up in your home, you can simply connect the Coaxial cables to the same splitter that the rest of the coaxial ports connect up to. If you are out of splitter space and have unused coaxial jacks, unplug an unused one and then take over that tap on the splitter.

There is nothing special required to "activate" additional ports other than making the physical connection. Just do it right if you're going to be crimping connectors on at the end, or you may have signal problems.
