Hi. I need to send written record of a disputed billing matter. Customer service does seem to release any mailing addresses or emails for complaints. They only give a telephone number. But I need written record because Verizon seems to have referred the matter to collections (despite assurance on May 31 that they wouldn't, and despite being told on May 13 that I owed no additional payments, and despite the reason that I cancelled to begin with was frustration because of repeated billing errors). I need a Verizon mailing address so that I can share certified copies with the credit agencies, CFPB, and consumer complaint group at the FCC. The way Verizon mishandled this also merits writing a FIOS executive. Who is the best rep for FIOS residential? Thank you!
