I spent two long sessions with Verizon about internet connectivity problem. Verizon sent me a new wireless router and the problem persisted. I finally decided to check with McAfee and got a message that there were problems with internet connections caused by McAfee. I was directed to McAfee website to download a fix. It worked. Verizon customer service should be aware of this problem.
