I got an email saying it’s time to redeem my echo and year of prime, and I log onto both my pc and MyFios App where it says “On February 4th, 2019, your Amazon Exho (2nd gen) will be available to redeem”. Says the same thing for a year of prime. However it has a link that takes me to the rules about redemption but no link to actually redeem. Please help because this is driving me crazy as it is now the 12th.
