I'm eligible for an additional $10 credit on my bundle price. To receive this credit, I need to enroll in Auto Pay and Paper-Free Billing. I'm already enrolled but the $10 credit do not apply on my account.
Please assist.

I would go to the Verizon direct forum here which is real Verizon help with a great track record for assistance.

Then you are not reading correctly what I told you.
if you contact Verizon help at that link they can help with the credit.
if you are having a problem calling 1-800-VERIZON or you cannot or will not use chat or twitter then you won’t have any assistance.
