I have had awful issues with our Internet and tv service forever!!!  I have had technicians to my home on multiple occasions and yet My service is awful!!!!!!  Our internet drops constantly our TV picture is often pixelated as well as losing volume and channel 838 Netflix not working. Has anybody else had these issues and how were you able to solve them. I am at my wits end I don’t know what else to do. We just upgraded to FiOS one paid for the technician to come and install it rather than trying to do it myself.  What next?
