Backyard property damage during install

I am at my wit's end...the install was in July and I've been given the runaround since then. It's now the middle of October.

Because Verizon cannot repair the damage they made to an iron ladder in the backyard, I was told to get two estimates from local businesses. I did that. I submitted it via email to the agent I was working with.

Now, ALL my phone calls, voicemails, emails and even tweets are being ignored.

I don't understand why I'm being given the runaround. You would think how Verizon is ignoring me that the damages are several thousands of dollars. It's not. It's a fraction.

Do I need to get one of those guys from the local news to help me? I cannot even begin to comprehend how a business operates like this.
