I was chatting with a Customer Rep named Randy and he cut our conversation off without even trying resolving the issue. I was still trying to ask him questions and he ended the conversation. This is is a typical customer support I normally get from verizon ... very frustrating! I cant even find an email address to send a complaint to...arghhhhh!!
