About 2 weeks ago all my torrents (legitimate) have slowed to a crawl. I used to be able to DL 500MB+ packages in minutes, now it taking days....

What type of rotuer do you have?
How is rotuer connected to ONT?
Have you tried running test with speedtest.verizon.net from a wired connection to see what speed you get?
