My battery is beeping. I was going to replace it, but it looks like it is only for the house phone in case the electricty goes out. Can I just unplug it and be done with it? Do I really need to replace it? I can use my cell phone if the electricty goes out and always charge my cell phone in my truck if need be.
Tx!
