Charger not plugged in?

Check to make sure that it is plugged in to a working outlet. (Unplug it and plug in something else there, like a lamp or radio, to make sure it is getting power.)
If the outlet is working, try pulling out the battery and putting it back in. - If you're uncomfortable doing this, just contact tech support.
