Please help,
I am calling and chatting once a month for being charge for my own Quantum Gateway Router. Every time I contact agent did credit me for $12.00 and promised me I won't charge for $12 equipement charge on next bill, but it never happened.
I've been doing this for 4 months now, I really don't want to spend my time for $12 every month. What is going on Verizon? Please do something.
