Bill from CMR Claims department for drop wire..

I am very frustrated with a bill I received from CMR Claims Department for $232.90 after reporting Internet outage at my house. I was not informed of anything: a third party company was dispatched to my house, they replaced a wire in the backyard outside my house and sent a bill to me a couple weeks later. I asked for pictures or proof for the wire that was cut but there was none. I then asked to send the technician out again so he could show me where the wire was cut but that is not possible either because the technicians have a busy schedule.

When I call the number on the bill a representative answers who is responsible to take payments only and knows nothing else of the bill, his name is {edited for privacy} then I was able to get the managers name and number at CMR Claims Department which is {edited for privacy} left voicemails but got no response from him either.

I then tried to contact verizon's billing department, customer service department and cable department who keep transferring me back and forth to each other because they dont know who to talk to including the managers who work there and at the end they say that I will receive a call with an update within 24 hours which never happened.

I also tried to contact the John G. Stratton's office who is the Executive Vice President and President of Operations for Verizon. I get an email from his general mail box that I will be contacted within 24 hours but that never happened either.

Who should I contact next to get this issue resolved... Please Advise..
