Hi,

   I just found out the bad servcie from Verizon Internet. I was given some discounts in Oct. and the plan rate is 71.98/m as shown on the homepage, but the final charge is still 79.22 in Nov. when I complained to the on-line repreasatative, he even tried to modify the plan at  backstage and asked me refresh the webpage. This is totally cheating and I cannot beliveve it. Really disappointing and will complain to my friends around.... Need explainations.
