Bill still wrong 2 months later

I canceled FiOS on Feb 22 but then got a Bill for Feb 28 - Mar 27 for $99.99
Supposedly the Verizon system would give me credit for the erroneous $99.99 on Mar 28
Well, now I have a new bill since Mar 28 and it acknowledges my cancelation but says I still owe $99.99!!!!!!!
Can someone please take this false charge off my account? I couldnt get thru to phone rep due to long waittime.

No one here can do billing issues. You must call and get the billing department at 1-800-VERIZON
or use chat or twitter or Verizon direct at dsl reports
