haven't contacted service yet but wanted to get peoples opinion.
I had fios 10/2 and the price was up to creeping up to $58/mo.
I saw a special that said to upgrade to 50/25 for $10 more a month so I did.
So, my next bill was $68, okay, so now I purchase a Verizon rounter (on special for $75 in 3 payments of $25)
I get through the 3 months paying the extra payments and my bill now settles down to $75/mo???
How did the bill go from $68 to $75? This is just as bad as the credit card thieves that suck a dollar here and there off your credit card.
I felt ripped off when Verizon started raising my monthly free from $35 to the current 68 but now I really feel like I'm bending over!!
After reading the horror stories of other people I'm lowth to call.

Have you compared your old bill to your new bill? You should be able to figure out what the difference is. Then, when you call Verizon, you can discuss that specific change.
Note that if you are not under contract, you may have had a price increase. Again, reviewing your bills should reveal if that happened. In that case, I suggest you call and speak to the retention department. You may be able to get a "valued customer" discount. It helps to know what the competition is offering.
