Blocking router default

I want to block wireless access in the house to my daughter's laptop. I do have hardwire access for her in the living area.

How can I prevent the Fios router from defaulting and losing all my WEP and WAP each time she pushes the reset button on the router?

I don't believe there is a way to stop it from being reset to factory defaults when she presses the button on the back. I know with 3rd party firmware such as DD-WRT (you will lose Coax support if you install it, be warned!) you can actually disable the Reset Button thus preventing factory reset.

Besides that, you'd need to tell her that pressing the button is something that can lead to punishment (if she's at that age). You can use a piece of tape to see if the button has been tampered with at all after letting her know. If that doesn't work, putting the router inside of a locked box that is ventilated would have to be the solution. Can't clear the router settings by unplugging it.
