Hi all,
I have had connection issues in Brooklyn, NY. I went through customer support and inevitably had a technician come over and take a look. It looked like it was fix and ran as it was supposed to for about a day and my speeds were terrible again the next day I woke up.
I thought maybe it was a coincidence and tried to find out if there was an outage in my area. I went to this page and it said there was an outage:
http://www.verizon.com/outage/
The problem is it says the issue will be resolved in 2 hours and when that time comes it is pushed back an additional two hours.
This has been going on for over 2 days and I wanted to know if there was an actual issue in my area or if that page is just broken and should I go through customer support again.
