Bury FIOS cable

FIOS service set up on June 29th. Cable still hasn't been buried. Technician said someone would come bury it in the next 14 business days.... I can't find any number to call to get help. Any suggestions?

Did you get this resolved?  Did you have to pay for anything?  I am having the same issue
