This problem started about a week ago. I can watch videos on You Tube all day long, but when I try to watch anything on CBS All Access, I getan infinite wait spinner. I contacted CBS, and received the following reply: "We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. we require a minimum of 4000 KBPS and your streaming at -1 KBPS. Please contact you ISP(Internet Service Provider) to update data plan or try restarting your internet modem this may resolve your issue." I restarted the router, rebooted my PC, and tried two different web browsers. (Firefox and Chrome) Still no streaming, so I have to ask, is Verizon blocking CBS All Access streams?

Does it happen one any device you have or just PC?
if other devices work fine, then some issue with your PC.

Doh! I should have thought of that myself. I have a laptop that's part of my ham radio setup, but it does have a browser and WiFi, so I was able to log on the CBS All Access with it, and get the content to stream. Verizon is off the hook then, and I have a very peculiar problem to solve with my desktop machine.
