With FIOS you can get caller id on the TV if you have thephone service too.  Why can't the Caller ID function be able to be put on the internet so I can get it on my home computer from my FIOS router?  I don't have the TV on and I miss that feature.

they used to have that feature, and for some reason they stopped offering it, and I haven't heard even a whisper of bringing it back. 

 

Might be a great idea to put in the idea exchange.  Post it there! !

fyi, there is a lot of free caller id on the computer software out there, if you go to google and put free caller id on computer, then you'll see a lot of software you can try.

I shouldn't have to go to using another caller ID program when it should be on as a feature of FIOS since Verizon says this is the thing of the future

I tried to signup for it and it always had this error message '

"We are unable to process your request at this time.
Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience". I have Digital Voice with the FIOS digital voice account manager maybe they are not compatible.

Looks like I overlooked a piece of software they do offer. Go sign up for it and activate it at the link above!
