Hi
My new apartment has already FIOS ONT. Then probably it seems does not have copper-line. Also I do not use landline.
And I only use internet a few at the home. Then I want to buy $20 dry loop DSL plan at the home. On Verizon Web site, my apartment cannot get DSL. How can I get cheapest broadband for home ?

I'm guessing that English is not your 1st language, so I may be misunderstanding what your asking. But if I got it right - you don't have a landline phone - no copper wire to your apartment and you only want internet service.
So the answer is: Without copper wire (no land line phone) you cannot get DSL.
You can get FIOS Internet service.
The price is dependent on what speed service you get.
Call them and find out what level of internet service meets your needs.

If I understood correctly, the answer would be no. Once an address has been upgraded with fios, DSL is no longer available to that address, at least that is Verizon's official word. So if fios is installed at that address, your only choices are cable internet with another provider or Fios internet.
