Can any FIOS user help?

I am trying to connect to the following web site but it times out.  However, this only happens when on the FIOS network.  If I am out of my home using other networks, I can connect fine.  Can any other FIOS user check to see if this site comes up?  Any ideas why this would be happening?  It used to come up, but something changed.  Thanks.

Just tried it with latest Chrome on Windows 10 Pro

This site can’t be reached

mail.mssm.edu took too long to respond.

Try:

Checking the connection

Checking the proxy and the firewall

Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Thanks for checking.  Anyone have any thoughts as to why that particular site would only be inaccessible when using the FIOS network?  Any recommendations on how to efficiently get FIOS support to look into this (some contacts have not been helpful).

I had no problem with Ichn school of medicine at mount Sinai.

Thanks.  Definitely something going on there, with Verizon and the web site pointing fingers at each other.  Frustrating!
