For the first time ever Im considering Comcast. A simple upgrade has turned into a nightmare. everything was fine until I UPGRADED my fios package. Now, no internet, billing info is incorrect, and Live chat is useless.  Has anyone had ANY success getting ANYTHING corrected??

People have gotten these issues resolved, however it takes a bit of fighting depending on how bad the problem is or how cooperative the company wishes to be. Expect an uphill battle however.
