Can't Bundle with 20/20?

So I just got off the phone with billing support because I felt liket he two hundred some dollars I was paying a month was a little higher than what I signed up for... Well I found out that I was just paying a la carte, and that I wasn't bundled.

So I asked the girl why, and she said that I could not bundle my services with the 20/20 internet service. 

Anyone else heard anything else like this?

Verizon told me that too and I don't see it listed as a bundle option. Hopefully someone knows a way to do it. For stand-alone it adds $10 to go from 20/5 to 20/20. If you already have a bundle and then want to upgrade from 20/5 to 20/20 do you lose the bundle pricing? They just installed FiOS in my neighborhood and I am still waiting for it to become available. ~Dave

I just ran through a trial "Verizon FiOS Triple Freedom" bundle order ($109.99)...

Changing from 20/5 to 20/20 removed about $23 of the "Triple Freedom" bundle savings (normally a 55.98 discount) and switched the order to a "Double Freedom" savings (32.99 discount). There was also a normal $12 price increase for the 20/20. So, the net increase was about $35 per month to go from 20/5 to 20/20 for a new order under the current promo.

20/20 option is only available as stand alone, bundle with phone or triple play.
