Was wondering if anyone else is having this same issue and if there is some secret fix. I have tried just about everything even spent quite a bit of time on the phone with a verizon Tech Support agent trying to fix it. Anyone that may of had this issue and knows how to connect this type of WiFi printer please input.
The printer sees the my wifi in available networks has a great signal but just won't connect. I have tried reseting the wifi and the agent tried typing in the mac address of the printer into the router.
Thanks, Brian

I've been having a problem connecting my sister's HP 6500 wirelss all in one printer also. It doesn't want to accept the Wep #. I have a Brother cheap model wireless with Verizon cheap DSL ($14.99) and took all of 10 min. for me to connect. I don't know if the problem is FIOS or the printer, but I will keep trying.

you might want to try WPA instead of WEP. some people have more luck with that.
[there can be an upper/lower case problem. in one form, the printer thinks its a string, in the other form it thinks it is a number.]
